Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCESS IS GRANTED. READ BEFORE PAYING: Every LCA service is digital content delivered immediately. Under EU law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. At checkout one required tick-box asks you to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose that 14-day right. If you are not willing to give up the withdrawal right, do not tick it and do not pay — there is no other way to purchase, because there is no way to un-deliver information you have already received.

All payments on the LCA platform are processed via cryptocurrency transactions on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) network using USDT or USDC (BEP-20). By submitting a payment you agree to the following:

• STATUTORY RIGHT: If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have a statutory right under Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Lithuania by the Civil Code, Art. 6.22808) to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. LCA does not, and cannot, remove that right by simply declaring payments non-refundable.
• HOW THE RIGHT IS LOST: Article 16(m) of the same Directive provides that the withdrawal right does not apply to the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium where performance has begun with (a) the consumer's prior express consent, and (b) the consumer's acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal. LCA relies on this provision. The tick-box at the point of payment states both (a) and (b) in express words. It is not pre-ticked and cannot be skipped.
• WHY: every LCA service is information or access delivered in full and at once — signal-channel access, an analysis, a PDF, a live session, a TradingView indicator invite, a Study Club enrolment. Once it has been read, watched, attended or granted, it cannot be returned or withdrawn, which is precisely the situation Article 16(m) exists to cover.
• CONSEQUENCE: where you have given that confirmation and delivery has begun, the purchase is final and no refund is due. Where you have NOT given it, or where delivery has not begun, your statutory 14-day right stands in full and you may exercise it by contacting us (see Section 35).
• This does not affect your separate statutory remedies if the digital content supplied is faulty, materially different from its description, or not supplied at all. Those rights are unaffected by anything in this section.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible by their technical nature — once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, LCA cannot reverse the original transaction itself. Where a refund is nonetheless due to you under this section or by law, it is made by a separate transfer, not by reversing the original transaction.
• That confirmation, and the time it was given, is recorded against your order with LCA's own server clock.
• You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount, in the correct token (USDT or USDC only), to the correct wallet address, on the correct network (BNB Smart Chain, BEP-20 only).
• WRONG NETWORK: LCA's payment wallet operates on BNB Smart Chain only. Funds sent on Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20) or any other network, or in any other token, do not reach a wallet LCA operates, even if the address looks the same. They are not credited, LCA does not monitor them, and they are not refundable. Payments sent in the wrong amount or to the wrong address are likewise not credited and not refundable.
• LCA does not process, store, or have access to your private keys or wallet credentials at any point.
• Subscription access is granted for the purchased duration only. Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You must purchase a new subscription before expiry to maintain continuous access.
• Blockchain network fees (gas) and any exchange withdrawal fee are charged by those services, not by LCA, and vary. They are paid separately and are not part of the price. The full price must reach our wallet: if your exchange deducts a fee from the amount sent, add it on top, because a smaller amount is not accepted as payment. LCA cannot refund these fees.
• Subscription periods begin from the moment access is granted by an LCA administrator (not from the moment of payment). Access is typically granted within 24 hours of payment verification.
• LCA reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Existing active subscriptions will be honoured at the purchased price for the purchased period.
• Time-limited introductory or "founder" pricing (e.g. a discounted monthly rate available only until a stated cutoff date) applies solely to subscriptions purchased before that cutoff, and is contingent on continuous, uninterrupted renewal thereafter. If a subscription is allowed to lapse — expiring before a new purchase is made and access re-granted — any such promotional rate is permanently forfeited, and all subsequent renewals are charged at the then-current standard price, regardless of when the original promotional rate was locked in.
• Discount codes are provided at LCA's sole discretion, are non-transferable, single-use, and may be revoked at any time. Used discount codes have no cash value.
• Payment verification is automated via on-chain TX hash validation. Transactions must be submitted within 2 hours of initiation and require a minimum of 12 block confirmations.
• Please raise any payment problem within 14 days of the transaction, via Discord or the Contact page, so we can still check it on-chain and in our records. This does not shorten any right you have under mandatory consumer law.

LCA does not operate as a payment service provider or handle fiat currency transactions. Cryptocurrency transactions recorded on the blockchain constitute the binding record of payment. Transaction hash records are stored by LCA for a minimum of 3 years for legal and dispute resolution purposes.
