Terms of Use

Welcome to LCA (Lietuvos Crypto Angliukai). By creating an account, buying any service, or using the platform's features — logging trades, joining tournaments, uploading homework, using AI features or posting on forums — you enter into a binding agreement with LCA under these terms. Reading public pages does not by itself create a contract. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or buy a service.

LCA's legal documents share one section numbering, so a reference such as "Section 35" means the same thing in each: Terms of Use (Sections 1–12, 14 and 27 onward), Refund Policy (Section 13), Privacy Policy (Sections 15–24 and 26) and Cookie Policy (Section 25). The Terms include our financial, signal, AI, tournament, education, indicator, mentoring and funded-account disclaimers. We may update these documents as described in Section 34. The effective date of each version is shown at the top of the page. Your acceptance is recorded electronically (timestamp and IP address) when you register.

LCA is an informal, community-run educational platform operating from Lithuania. We are NOT:

• A licensed investment firm, investment intermediary, broker, financial advisor, portfolio manager, or asset manager.
• A licensed virtual asset service provider (VASP) or crypto exchange.
• A licensed educational institution, university, accreditation body, or certification authority.
• A software vendor providing guaranteed or warranted trading tools, indicators, or automation systems.
• Responsible for any trades, investments, financial decisions, or financial losses you incur.
• Providing managed accounts, discretionary trading, or any service where we act on your behalf in any financial market.
• A prop firm, funded account provider, or account evaluation service.

LCA operates solely as an informal educational community and software platform. Any content, discussion, tool, indicator, AI output, or shared information on this platform that may appear to resemble professional financial services is for educational and community discussion purposes only.

RISK WARNING: Cryptocurrency trading and CFD trading involve a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. A significant proportion of retail investors lose money. Past performance shown on this platform DOES NOT indicate or guarantee future results. You should consider whether you understand how these instruments work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing all of your money.

All content on this platform — including trade journals, statistics, AI-generated analysis, AI mentor outputs, crash prediction models, on-chain data analytics, mentor commentary, community discussions, forum posts, charts, leaderboards, tournament rankings, technical indicators, and educational materials — is provided STRICTLY for informational and educational purposes only. It does NOT constitute:

• Investment advice or an investment recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument, cryptocurrency, token, derivative, or other asset.
• A personal recommendation tailored to your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
• A solicitation, offer, or advertisement to buy or sell any security, financial product, or regulated instrument.
• Financial planning, tax advice, legal counsel, or accounting guidance.
• A guarantee, prediction, or projection of any investment outcome or return.
• A signal service, managed portfolio, or copy-trading service within the meaning of any financial regulation.

By using this platform you explicitly acknowledge and accept that: (a) cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, unregulated in many jurisdictions, and can decline to zero without warning; (b) leveraged trading can result in losses substantially exceeding your initial deposit; (c) LCA, its operators, mentors, admins, contributors, and members bear NO responsibility whatsoever for any financial losses you incur as a result of using information, tools, indicators, AI outputs, or any content from this platform; (d) you will never invest money you cannot afford to lose; (e) all investment and trading decisions are made independently and of your own free will, without any compulsion or reliance on LCA content; (f) AI-generated content on this platform is experimental, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and must NEVER be relied upon for real financial or investment decisions; (g) past performance of any user, mentor, signal, indicator, AI model, or system shown on this platform does not guarantee, predict, or imply future results; (h) "crash prediction models," "institutional flow data," and similar features are analytical tools based on historical patterns and statistical models — they are NOT predictive guarantees and can be entirely wrong; (i) no one affiliated with LCA — including its operators, mentors, admins, and contributors — is a licensed financial advisor, and nothing on this platform should be treated as a substitute for one; before making any financial or trading decision you should always do your own research (DYOR) and consult a licensed, qualified professional.

CRITICAL: Access to signal channels via VIP LIGHT or VIP MEMBERSHIP membership does NOT constitute investment advice, a regulated signal service, or a financial recommendation service.

The VIP LIGHT and VIP MEMBERSHIP subscriptions grant access to curated Discord channel categories, which may include channels operated by third parties. This access is provided strictly as a community aggregation service for educational and informational purposes. LCA explicitly states that:

• LCA does NOT create, endorse, verify, audit, or take responsibility for any signals, calls, or analyses shared in any third-party Discord channel.
• Third-party channel operators are fully independent. LCA has no control over the accuracy, legality, or quality of content they share.
• Any information shared in these channels is the sole opinion and responsibility of the individual who shared it.
• Signal information is NOT tailored to any individual's financial situation. Following any signal without your own analysis is done entirely at your own risk.
• LCA does not act as an investment intermediary or financial instrument distributor by providing channel access.
• Historical performance of any signals discussed in any channel does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for verifying whether accessing or following signals from any jurisdiction-specific channel complies with your local law.
• VIP MEMBERSHIP includes proprietary technical analysis from LCA mentors — this is opinion-based educational content, NOT regulated investment advice.

VIP LIGHT and VIP MEMBERSHIP are community access passes — not investment products. By purchasing access, you confirm you understand that no financial advice is being provided and that all decisions based on any shared content remain entirely your own responsibility. LCA accepts no liability for any losses resulting from following, copying, or acting on any content from any channel accessible through these memberships.

AI outputs on this platform — including AI mentor analysis, pattern detection, AI-generated signals, and crash prediction models — are experimental, may contain errors, and must NEVER be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

LCA offers various AI-powered features across its services, including but not limited to:

• LCA Journal AI Mentor: Analyses your trading journal data to identify patterns, provide feedback, and suggest areas for improvement. This is algorithmic pattern recognition on YOUR historical data — not investment advice.
• LCA Intelligence: Provides on-chain data analytics, institutional flow analysis, and statistical models. These are data aggregation and visualisation tools — NOT predictive guarantees.
• LCA AI Trader (when available): An autonomous AI trading system. Any trading performed by AI systems is experimental. You use such systems entirely at your own risk. LCA makes NO guarantee of profitability, accuracy, or safety of AI-generated trades.
• AI-generated signals and analysis across any LCA service are produced by machine learning models that can and do produce incorrect, misleading, or harmful outputs.

By using any AI feature you explicitly acknowledge: (a) AI outputs are not investment advice and are not reviewed by qualified financial advisors before being displayed; (b) AI systems can hallucinate, produce factually incorrect analysis, or generate systematically biased outputs; (c) you bear sole responsibility for any decision made based on AI-generated content; (d) LCA makes no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of any AI output; (e) AI features may be modified, degraded, or discontinued at any time without notice or liability; (f) AI analysis of your trading data does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between you and LCA.

LCA Arena offers competitive trading leaderboards, rankings, and tournament events. By participating in any LCA Arena competition you agree that:

• Tournaments are skill-based competitions for entertainment and educational purposes. Participation involves financial risk and is not suitable for everyone.
• Tournament entry fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once the competition period has begun, regardless of your performance or early withdrawal.
• Prize pools and distributions are determined solely by LCA at its discretion. LCA reserves the right to modify prize structures, rules, or cancel tournaments at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or manipulation.
• Rankings and leaderboards reflect self-reported or platform-verified trading data. LCA does not independently verify every trade on external platforms and cannot guarantee the accuracy of all reported results.
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from tournament winnings in your jurisdiction. LCA does not provide tax reporting for prize distributions.
• LCA reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of manipulating results, submitting false data, using multiple accounts, or engaging in any form of fraud. Disqualified participants forfeit all prizes without recourse.
• Paper trading competitions involve simulated results only and carry no financial risk, but also no guaranteed real-money prizes unless explicitly stated.
• Live trading competitions involve real financial risk. You may lose money. LCA is not responsible for any trading losses incurred during competitions.

LCA Arena is NOT a gambling service, betting platform, or lottery. Competitions are based on trading skill and market conditions. Outcomes are not controlled or predetermined by LCA. Tournament participation does not create an employer-employee, partnership, or agency relationship with LCA.

LCA Study Club provides a structured educational programme including lessons, homework assignments, forum discussions, and graded assessments. By enrolling in Study Club you agree that:

• Study Club content is educational material created by community mentors — NOT accredited academic coursework, certified professional training, or qualification-bearing education.
• Certificates and badges issued upon completion are community recognition only. They carry no legal, professional, or academic accreditation value and are not recognised by any educational authority, employer, or regulatory body.
• Homework submissions (including uploaded files and notes) are stored on LCA servers and may be reviewed by mentors and administrators for grading and feedback purposes.
• Forum posts within Study Club are visible to other Study Club members. You are responsible for ensuring your posts do not contain personal financial information, account credentials, or content that violates applicable law.
• Mentors providing Study Club content are community volunteers sharing their knowledge — not licensed educators, financial advisors, or certified professionals.
• Programme content, structure, duration, and pricing may be modified at any time without prior notice.
• Completion of Study Club does not guarantee trading proficiency, financial success, or any particular outcome.

By uploading homework or posting in Study Club forums, you grant LCA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, review, and process your submitted content solely for the purposes of providing the educational service. You retain ownership of your original content.

Technical indicators provided by LCA are analytical tools only. They do NOT predict market movements and are NOT buy/sell recommendations.

LCA Indicators provides custom TradingView indicators and analytical tools. By using any LCA indicator you agree that:

• Indicators are software tools that apply mathematical formulas to historical price data. They display visual information on charts — they do NOT predict future price movements.
• Entry and exit signals generated by indicators are algorithmic calculations based on historical patterns. They are NOT buy or sell recommendations.
• No indicator, regardless of back-tested performance, guarantees profitable trading. Past indicator performance on historical data does NOT predict future results.
• Indicators may produce false signals, lag behind real-time market conditions, or fail during periods of extreme volatility, low liquidity, or unusual market conditions.
• LCA does not warrant that indicators will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all TradingView configurations, markets, or timeframes.
• You are solely responsible for any trading decision made based on indicator outputs. Using indicators without understanding their logic and limitations is done at your own risk.
• Indicator access is provided for the purchased subscription period only. Indicators may be updated, modified, or discontinued at LCA's discretion.

LCA indicators are provided "AS IS" without warranty. LCA expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement in connection with indicator software. No financial or trading outcome is guaranteed.

LCA Mentorship provides private 1-on-1 coaching sessions with LCA community mentors. By booking a mentoring session you agree that:

• Mentors are experienced community members sharing their personal knowledge and approach to trading — NOT licensed financial advisors, registered investment professionals, or certified educators.
• Nothing discussed in a mentoring session constitutes investment advice, a personal financial recommendation, or a regulated advisory service.
• Strategies, chart analyses, and opinions shared by mentors reflect their personal approach and may not be suitable for your financial situation, risk tolerance, or experience level.
• Session fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking.
• LCA does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or profitability of any information shared during mentoring sessions.
• A mentoring relationship does not create a fiduciary duty, professional advisory relationship, or any ongoing obligation from LCA or its mentors to you.
• You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make before, during, or after a mentoring session.

LCA Journal provides trading journal, statistics, AI analysis, and performance tracking features across multiple subscription tiers (Member, Analytic, Trader). By using the Journal you agree that:

• Trading data you log (pairs, entries, exits, sizes, leverage, P&L, notes, screenshots, tags) is voluntarily submitted by you and stored in our database.
• AI-generated analysis, pattern detection, and mentor feedback based on your trading data are algorithmic outputs — NOT financial advice.
• Statistics, win rates, profit/loss figures, and performance metrics displayed on the Dashboard reflect the data YOU have entered. LCA does not verify the accuracy of self-reported trading data.
• Gamification features (XP, badges, missions, leaderboards) are designed to encourage platform engagement and do not represent financial achievement or trading competence.
• Dashboard features, tier benefits, and pricing may be modified at any time. Active subscriptions will be honoured for the purchased period at the purchased price.
• Data exports (CSV, JSON) are provided as a convenience. LCA does not guarantee export format stability or compatibility with third-party tools.

Market data, on-chain analytics, and prediction models provided by LCA Intelligence are informational tools. They are NOT predictions, guarantees, or investment recommendations.

LCA Intelligence provides institutional-grade market data, on-chain analytics, and statistical models covering crypto, forex, and equity markets. By using Intelligence features you agree that:

• On-chain data, institutional flow analysis, and market intelligence are informational tools compiled from publicly available and third-party data sources.
• "Crash prediction models" and similar features are statistical models based on historical correlations. They can and do produce incorrect predictions. No model can reliably predict market crashes.
• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. LCA does not warrant the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of any data displayed.
• LCA is not a data vendor, market data provider, or information service within the meaning of financial regulations.
• Using Intelligence data as the sole basis for investment decisions is done entirely at your own risk.

LCA provides tools for tracking funded trading accounts (checklists, progress tracking). These tools are provided as organisational utilities only. LCA explicitly states:

• LCA is NOT a prop firm, funded account provider, or evaluation service. Tools are provided to help you organise your own funded account journey.
• LCA has no affiliation with, control over, or responsibility for any prop firm or funded account provider. Links to such services (including HyroTrader, FundedNext, CryptoFundTrader) are third-party referral partnerships.
• LCA does not guarantee that using our tracking tools will help you pass evaluations or maintain funded accounts.
• Any referral commissions received from prop firm partnerships do not constitute endorsement of their solvency, reliability, or terms.

LCA displays links, referral codes, and promotional content relating to third-party trading platforms and services, including but not limited to MEXC, BingX, OKX, PrimeXBT, HyroTrader, FundedNext, and CryptoFundTrader. These are fully independent companies over which LCA has no control. Important disclosures:

• LCA may receive compensation (commissions, rebates, referral bonuses) from some or all referral partnerships. This constitutes a material financial interest.
• Referral compensation does NOT constitute an endorsement of the financial suitability, regulatory compliance, solvency, or security of these platforms for your purposes.
• LCA is not responsible for the operations, terms of service, regulatory status, security practices, solvency, or any losses incurred through use of third-party platforms.
• Third-party platforms may not be licensed or regulated in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying their legal status before depositing funds.
• LCA has no control over changes to third-party platform terms, fees, withdrawal policies, or account restrictions.
• Always review each platform's own terms, regulatory status, risk disclosures, and applicable deposit/withdrawal fees before depositing funds.

LCA allows users to submit content including forum posts, homework assignments, trade journal entries, and community discussions. By submitting content you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Content must not contain investment advice, illegal material, hate speech, harassment, spam, or content that violates any applicable law.
• LCA reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict access to any user-generated content at its sole discretion and without notice.
• Content that could reasonably be construed as a regulated financial recommendation, investment solicitation, or market manipulation will be removed and may result in account termination.
• You grant LCA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, process, and moderate your submitted content solely as necessary to provide platform services.
• You retain ownership of your original content. LCA does not claim ownership over your trading data, homework, or forum posts.
• Copyright and illegal content: if you believe content on the platform infringes your rights or is illegal, send us the link, what is wrong and your contact details via Discord or the Contact page. We review notices promptly, remove what is unlawful, tell the person who posted it, and may close accounts that repeatedly infringe.
• LCA is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of any user-generated content and does not endorse any views expressed by users.

This platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. LCA makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by the mandatory provisions of Lithuanian and European Union law, LCA, its operators, admins, mentors, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses, trading losses, investment losses, or any other economic loss arising from use of this platform, any content on this platform, any AI-generated output, any technical indicator, any mentoring session, or any third-party channel accessible through VIP LIGHT or VIP MEMBERSHIP.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunities.
• Reliance on any content, AI-generated output, mentor note, signal, indicator output, community discussion, forum post, tournament ranking, or any other information on the platform.
• Third-party service failures including but not limited to Discord, Supabase, Vercel, TradingView, or any linked exchange, broker, or prop firm.
• Losses incurred during or as a result of LCA Arena tournaments or competitions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in subscription activation or loss of access resulting from platform downtime or technical issues.
• Cryptocurrency transactions sent to incorrect addresses, incorrect networks, or in incorrect amounts.
• Failure of AI systems to produce accurate, timely, or profitable analysis.
• Loss of or corruption to homework submissions, forum posts, or trading journal data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any right you have under mandatory consumer law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from use of this platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to LCA in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50 (fifty euros), whichever is greater. You are responsible, as provided by law, for loss you cause through your own breach of these terms. If you use the platform in the course of a business, you also agree to indemnify LCA and its operators, admins, mentors, and members against claims and reasonable costs arising from that breach.

This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and over. Cryptocurrency and financial instrument trading is legally and practically unsuitable for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18 years of age. By registering and accepting these terms you explicitly confirm: (a) you are 18 years of age or older; (b) cryptocurrency and leveraged trading is legal in your jurisdiction; (c) you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement in your country of residence; (d) you understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading, including the risk of total loss of capital. If we discover or suspect an underage user, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated personal data deleted without notice or liability.

By using LCA, you agree NOT to:

• Share content that constitutes or could reasonably be construed as regulated investment advice or financial solicitations.
• Impersonate administrators, mentors, other platform users, or any third party.
• Submit false, manipulated, fabricated, or misleading trading data or tournament results.
• Attempt to circumvent, hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform security, authentication, rate-limiting, or payment verification systems.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose including market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable Lithuanian or EU law.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or harm other community members.
• Share content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users.
• Use multiple accounts to manipulate tournament rankings, gamification systems, or payment verification.
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content through homework submission or any other upload mechanism.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Use AI-generated content from this platform to create competing services or redistribute as your own.
• Create duplicate, fake, or synthetic accounts to self-refer, farm referral commissions or signup bonuses, or otherwise manipulate the affiliate/referral programme.
• Publicly share, resell, redistribute, or facilitate unauthorised use of personal, single-use discount codes, or use discount codes obtained through leaks, unauthorised access, or someone else's account.
• Falsely dispute, reverse, or deny a cryptocurrency payment that was in fact completed and access granted (see Section 13 — Payment Terms).

LCA reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account for violation of these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability. Banned users forfeit any remaining subscription access, tournament participation, and unredeemed prizes without entitlement to a refund, except where mandatory law requires one. For violations involving hacking, exploitation, unauthorised access attempts, payment fraud, or referral/discount-code abuse specifically, LCA additionally reserves the right to: immediately terminate the account and any linked accounts; claw back and reclaim any referral commissions, bonuses, or subscription access obtained through the violation; and pursue civil damages covering amounts fraudulently obtained plus reasonable investigation and legal costs. Such conduct may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable Lithuanian and EU law (including laws governing unauthorised access to information systems and payment fraud) independently of any action LCA takes — this platform does not limit or replace the rights of law enforcement or affected parties. This does NOT apply to good-faith security research conducted under the responsible-disclosure process described in Section 26 (Platform Security): reporting a vulnerability without exploiting it, exfiltrating data, or disrupting the service is welcomed, not penalised.

All original content created by LCA — including but not limited to the platform software, design, branding, logos, mascots, AI models, custom indicators, Study Club curriculum, and original written materials — is the intellectual property of LCA and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of LCA content without express written permission. You retain ownership of your own trading journal data, homework submissions, and personal content you submit to the platform. By submitting content you grant LCA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content solely as necessary to provide the platform services. LCA custom TradingView indicators are licensed for personal use only during your active subscription and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or reverse-engineered.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of LCA to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision shall only be effective if in writing and signed by LCA.

LCA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, epidemic, blockchain network failures or congestion, third-party service outages (Discord, Supabase, Vercel, TradingView), internet service disruptions, power outages, or strikes. During a force majeure event, LCA's obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will: (a) update the "Effective Date" displayed on this page; (b) display a notice on the platform; and (c) where practicable, send an inbox notification to registered users. Your continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request deletion of your account. We will not retroactively apply changes to reduce your rights in relation to data we have already collected.

For all inquiries including data requests, privacy concerns, payment disputes, or any other questions, contact LCA via:

• Your profile: the bottom of the overview tab, for data downloads and deletion requests.
• Platform: The Contact page on the LCA website.

We aim to respond to all requests within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Nothing in them removes the protection given to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.

• STEP 1 — Contact us first. Raise the complaint through the channels in Section 35. We will respond in writing within 14 days.
• STEP 2 — If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with our reply, you may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT), Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, [email protected], www.vvtat.lt. Applying is free of charge.
• Using these routes is optional and does not remove your right to bring the matter before a court.
• Where the dispute is not a consumer dispute, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
